Flat fee for the service is only $99 however for excessive damage we may require additional payments.
Wig Repair will take 3-4 weeks to complete after we receive the returned item.
***Instructions*** Please read! Once your order is complete, please record your order number and write it in BOLD lettering on the outside of your mailing package when goods are being shipped to us. Please include the prefix RP- followed by your order number. Example RP-PLW1000. This will help insure your package is properly identified. Please be sure that your wig is clean and free of adhesives before you mail it into us. This service is OLNY for human hair FULL lace wigs purchased from Pink Lace Wigs. Any lace front wigs or full lace wigs purchased from other venders will be returned to the sender at the owner’s expense and cost. Please be sure to include proper insurance on the package as Pink Lace Wigs cannot be held liable for any merchandise that is lost or damaged during the shipping process. Please send ALL repairs via USPS or The US Postal Serves (your local post office) to the below mailing address. Placing an order using these services you are agreeing to these conditions.
